Own Your Health and Well-being

Health and Well-being Coaching is by design meant to prepare clients to be the owners of their health and well-being.  Coaches guide their clients on their path of discovery as they create new healthy habits to fulfill their personal well-being vison.

Fundamentally, the coaching approach follows a tested timeline of three months which has been shown as the amount of time needed to make behavior changes and adopt new healthy habits.  After three months, many clients are ready to fly solo while some clients want to tackle a new area of well-being and may chose to begin a new program with their coach.

Argent Living follows the three-month (12 week) approach with our program. After they have completed their program, clients always have the option of scheduling a “check-in” session if there is a particular area they want to revisit or can start a new program based on a new set of goals.

What to Expect and Pricing

Prior to First Session:

Brief 15 minutes consultation call to determine if coach is the right fit for the client. Click here to schedule now. 

Client completes the following:

  • Coaching Agreement
  • Well-being Assessment – Link provided prior to first session
  • PARQ Form

First Session:  75 Minutes $150

Client and coach get to know each other

Review Well-being Assessment

Create Well-being Vision

Develop 3-month goals in support of Well-being Vision

Set first week’s behavior goals

Weekly Sessions: 30 Minutes $50

Review the week’s experience with behavior goals

Work on a topic that arises for the client

Set behavior goals for the week

*Periodically (every 3 to 4 week’s) review 3-month goals and relevance to Well-being Vision

Check-in Session: (After completing 3-month program) 60 minutes $100
